¡Red Grapes and Red Wine
A little red wine is said to be good for your health since red grapes and red wine contain a kind of polyphenol called quercetin as an antioxidant.Ê Since it prevents oxidization of bad cholesterol (LDL), it is said that it is effective for prevention of arteriosclerosis. Moreover, there is a sterilization action to Helicobacter pylori, and stomach cancer is controlled.

¡Garlic
With the other name, "Stinking Rose", garlic is one of the oldest natural medicines in the world. Garlic lowers the cholesterol count and blood pressure, and reduces risk of cancer and cardiopathy. Recently, "garlic injections" which have immediate effects for recovery from ailments such as fatigue and cold are popular among athletes. A kind of polyphenol called quercetin, allyl sulfide, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin C, iron, potassium, and calcium are found in onions. ¡Soybean / Soybean products
Soybean protein reduces cholesterol and controls the accumulation of body fat. Isoflavone also works to prevent osteoporosis and cancer. It carries out an action similar to that of natural estrogen in the body.

¡Whole grains
Unbleached brown rice, millet, barley, and wheat are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E is anti-oxidident which prevents cancer, especially prostate cancer.
Whole grains strengthen immunity, reduce risks of cardiopathy, thrombus, excess of cholesterol, diabetes, and cancer, and delay the progress of Alzheimer's disease. It is also known that whole grains prevent arthritis and sunburn.

¡Carrot
Since beta-carotene, an antioxidant, is abundant in carrots, "If one carrot is eaten per day, one can expect an effect in cancer prevention." is said. It also has an effect in reducing the risk of cardiopathy and delaying the progress of arthritis. It is better to eat carrots raw, since the effect becomes higher. Since they are rich in dietary fibers, carrots relieve constipation, and prevent colon cancer.

¡Citrus Fruits
An orange is full of antioxidants such as carotenoid and flavonoid, which are both kinds of polyphenol, and it is rich in vitamin C, so it works at controlling cancers. It is also abundant in vitamin E and vitamin F, which are good for radiant skin. ÊResearch shows that when the avocado is eaten, cholesterol falls, and the blood flows smoothly.

¡Eel
An eel contains vitamin A, 4 times the amount of cheese and 8 times the amount of an egg. It is also a source of vitamin E, 6 times that of cheese, and 3 times that of an egg.
